It should be then possible to “update” to new data. I have been unable to find the button, so either press Delete button in the Properties tab, or restart paraFoam.

Click Apply to load new data. The red box is the value of the pressure at $t=0$ (constant). In the green arrows above, VCR controls toolbar, go to the later time, $2$. Click Rescale to Data Range to reveal a beautiful high-pressure area in the upper-right corner, and a low-pressure one in the upper-left one.

A “movie” of the animation may be played clicking on the right-arrow symbol in the VCR controls toolbar.
